Suspension notice content — The text you paste into the tool for analysis. This is used solely to generate your POA draft.
Payment information — Billing details (name, email, card) are collected and processed exclusively by Paddle. We do not store your payment card data.
Email address — Provided at checkout via Paddle. Used for order confirmation and support.
Usage logs — Anonymized logs of feature interactions (page views, button clicks, generation requests) for product improvement. No personally identifiable content is stored in logs.

3. How We Use Your Information

To generate your AI-drafted POA document.
To process and confirm your purchase via Paddle.
To respond to support requests sent to [email protected].
To improve the accuracy and quality of the Service based on anonymized usage patterns.

4. Data Retention

Suspension notice content submitted for analysis is retained for a maximum of 90 days from the date of submission, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems. Email addresses obtained via Paddle are retained for as long as necessary to provide support and comply with legal obligations.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

Paddle — Our payment processor and merchant of record. Paddle's privacy policy applies to all payment data.
AI inference providers — Suspension notice text may be processed by third-party AI APIs to generate your draft. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data to train their models.
Legal authorities — If required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
