Once your refund is approved, it is processed through Paddle, our payment processor. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
We do not offer partial refunds. All approved refunds are issued for the full purchase amount.
If you purchased a lower-tier plan and wish to upgrade within 30 days, contact us at [email protected]. We will apply your original purchase amount as a credit toward the higher-tier plan.
