By accessing or using Seller POA Factory ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Seller POA Factory is an AI-powered tool that generates draft Plan of Action (POA) documents to assist Amazon sellers in responding to account suspension notices. The Service is offered in three tiers: Basic ($97), Pro ($197), and Elite ($297), each as a one-time purchase.

3. AI-Generated Content — Disclaimer

All documents produced by the Service are AI-generated drafts. They are provided for informational and drafting assistance purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. Seller POA Factory is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and submitting any document to Amazon or any third party. Results are not guaranteed. Amazon's reinstatement decisions are made at Amazon's sole discretion.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or the business entity you represent.

5. Payments and Billing

All purchases are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), our authorized merchant of record. By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes as determined by Paddle at checkout.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee subject to the following conditions:

• The refund request is submitted within 30 days of purchase.
• The AI-generated draft has not been submitted to Amazon or any third party.
• Requests are submitted to [email protected] with your order number.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and underlying models, is owned by Seller POA Factory and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the input information you provide. The AI-generated output documents are licensed to you for personal business use upon purchase. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute generated documents as a standalone product.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models or prompts.
• Use the Service in violation of Amazon's policies or any applicable laws.
• Resell access to the Service without written authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seller POA Factory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, account suspension outcomes, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated documents will result in Amazon reinstatement.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
